SSOT Dashboard

The runtime layer uses the existing dashboard as the single source of truth for generated dashboard state, registry consumption, and GitHub Pages compatibility.

Traceability and RTM Validator

Runtime requirements are mapped to evidence through the committed RTM trace matrix. The validator checks that traceability rows exist and all required evidence is available.

Artifact Manifest Validation

The W007 manifest declares the runtime contract and is validated by scripts/validate_runtime_foundation.py. Runtime-generated evidence must name an existing producer and is emitted with exact run identity after validation.

Release Automation

Release packaging validates the runtime contract before publishing dashboard artifacts through .github/workflows/release.yml.

Visualization Layer

The static visualization layer is generated by build_qplant_visualization.py and published through GitHub Pages.
