Live dashboards
index, metrics, status

Every push to main runs the CI suite, recalculates the DMAIC quality score, writes JSON + chart artefacts into docs/api/, triggers deploy-docs.yml, and updates the live launcher. dashboard-health.yml validates the result the following morning.
